I rented a Jeep Compass from Enterprise. I drove to work and went to leave to go to my next work location at 3:15pm, and the car wouldn’t start. Check engine light is on. I called Enterprise and they transferred me to a towing service. I was told by Enterprise that I had to remain by the vehicle until the tow truck arrived or else it would be considered an abandoned vehicle. Here it is 5:45 and I’m still waiting on their tow truck. I was just informed that it would still be at least another 40 minute wait. This is ridiculous. Never again will I rent from Enterprise. I would give zero stars but Google made me give them at least one star to write my review.
Rented from this location my car was towed to there service center and I never received my property back. I had over $800 worth of possessions Was lied to many times was told I'd be called back dozens of times and never was. The manager Sam was a moron and never seemed to have accurate info and deceived me into thinking I would get my times back but was unwilling to help in any manner. Sol Medina the area manager has an embarrassing staff at her location she should feel ashamed. I now need to take enterprise to small claims court to get any sort of compensation for this Hell they put me through.

Minimal options are available. Calling ahead to confirm a day before does not guarantee the type of reservation you have booked will be available. You may have to be upgraded(at a cost to you) or downgraded(smaller size vehicle), which brought a slight inconvenience(first world problems) to our travel plans and modified what can and cannot take. The staff member was as helpful as he could be. The female manager was rude and did not follow up as mentioned or requested. I was told a refund would be give and it was not.
Chante was an absolute angel. Very sweet and caring yet professional. She went above and beyond for us. Made my experience very special. Highly recommend.
First time renting a vehicle. There was some miscomunication, when I called about keeping the vehicle for a third day instead of two. They told me I had rented it for one day, but it didn't matter I was able to keep the vehicle for extra days without extra fees. Just the regular daily rates plus insurance. It came out of my deposit in my case as I had paid with a debit card.The staff were excellent. And the vehicle was super.
Loved the people here, down to earth and kind. Rented a Camry and it drive great. Thank y’all, will be back again.
Enterprise has always been good to us. Clean vehicles, good prices, great customer service. Once or twice a year we rent a van to travel to see family. It works out beautifully to save wear and tear on our personal vehicles.
After i left your location i was called and asked to return because you lost all my information. i returned and my debit card was swiped again. i reached out to you the next morning to report that my account was hit twice. i was told it would clear which it did not. I am on day 5 waiting for the $364 hold to clear off my account.
